WILKES-BARRE, LUZERNE COUNTY- Jonathan Banks admitted his role in a deadly crash on Route 93 in Sugarloaf Township. It happened last March.

Banks' girlfriend Rachel Knorr and James Starner both died in the crash. Banks was sentenced to nine and eighteen months in prison. After six months Banks could finish his sentence on house arrest.

Family members of the victims are not happy with the sentence. Banks could also be put on work release.

The judge ordered him to pay for his victim's funeral expenses.
