Man Sentenced for Deadly DUI Crash - Monday, February 2, 2009 at 8:55PM EST

FREELAND, LUZERNE COUNTY- A Luzerne County man learned his fate for a deadly drunk driving crash.
Kevin Prussock admits that he was drunk when he slammed his S. U.V. into a car driven by 69-year-old Joseph Gigliotti of McAdoo last April. The grinding crash happened near Freeland.

Prussock said he was sorry for what happened and hoped for forgiveness. Members of the Gigliottio family said they cannot forgive a man who made the decision to drink for four hours and then get behind the wheel of a car.

The judge sentenced Prussock to 3 to 7 years in prison plus two years probation.
