HONESDALE, WAYNE COUNTY- One man learned how much time he'll spend behind bars for a deadly road rage incident.
Joseph Diehl, 43, was sentenced to 16 to 48 months in prison.
Police said it all happened last April when 21-year-old William Vogt backed into Diehl's van at a restaurant drive-thru in Hamlin.
Vogt left the drive-thru but investigators said Diehl chased after him.
Minutes later Vogt's car crashed into the woods near Lake Ariel. He later died at the hospital.
Besides spending time in jail Diehl will also have to pay restitution of more than $28,000.
