Man Sentenced for Raping 6-Year-Old Girl - Wednesday, March 25, 2009 at 5:20PM EST
LACKAWANNA COUNTY- A Carbondale man will spend 52 to 130 years in prison for the brutal rape of a 6-year-old girl.
28-year-old Eric Baez was found guilty of raping the little girl in a Carbondale home in 2007. Wednesday the judge sentenced him to the maximum penalty.
Baez is also now classified as a violent sexual predator and must register with police under Megan's Law. | | |
