SCRANTON, LACKAWANNA COUNTY- A Scranton man is going to prison for a brazen sexual assault last year.

Tyree Burgess was sentenced to between 2 and 4 years in prison. Prosecutors say the 32-year-old walked into Mercy Hospital and tried to sexually assault a patient in November.

He pled guilty to indecent assault. Burgess was on parole for manslaughter at the time.
