WILKES-BARRE, LUZERNE COUNTY -- A New York man was sentenced in Luzerne County Court for a shooting outside a Wilkes-Barre bar.
The judge gave Marc Smith to 12 to 25 years in prison. Smith pleaded guilty to third degree murder.
Investigators say he shot 37-year-old David Keeley outside the White House Cafe in 2006. He also shot and wounded another man.
After a search Smith was picked up in New York. | |
