FREELAND, LUZERNE COUNTY- A man was shot in Freeland Tuesday afternoon and now police are questioning several people.

WBRE News was there minutes after it happened in the 900 block of Chestnut Street. Police are not saying much but do confirm one man was shot in the backyard of a home and then drove himself to the hospital.

Investigators are talking to people who live in the house as well as neighbors. So far police have not released any other information on the shooting.
