KINGSTON, LUZERNE COUNTY- One man is expected to face charges after an early morning incident in Kingston.
It all began at the Walgreens on Wyoming Avenue around 3:30 Sunday morning. Reports are that a man stole some items from the store. He fled the scene but police caught up with him.
The man then tried to escape by heading off the Market Street Bridge into the river. He was caught a short time later.
One police officer suffered minor injuries. Police are not releasing the name of the man involved at this time. | | |
