LAKE TOWNSHIP, LUZERNE COUNTY- A Lake Township man must pay for assaulting an Eyewitness News Photographer.
William harrison assaulted Photojournalist Charlie Hayes in August.
Eyewitness News cameras captured the incident.
Hayes had been shooting video of Harrison's home from public property.
Harrison became angry, hit Hayes' camera and then punched him in the head.
Harrison appeared in court Thursday.
He's been ordered to pay a $300 fine. | | |
