Man's Death in W-B Ruled a Homicide - Wednesday, February 4, 2009 at 3:31PM EST

WILKES-BARRE, LUZERNE COUNTY- Police in Wilkes-Barre now have a murder investigation on their hands.
Eyewitness News first told you Tuesday about the discovery of the body of a man in an apartment on North Main Street in Wilkes-Barre.

At first the death was called "suspicious." An autopsy done Wednesday showed the man died from multiple traumatic injuries. He is a 44-year-old black male. His name is not being released.

Investigators say the landlord smelled a pungent odor coming for the room and investigated. If you have any information please call police.
