Dingman Twp, Pike County- Pennsylvania State Police along with multiple agencies are conducting a manhunt in the Milford area of Dingman Twp. The suspect is identified as William Mullin, 25, who is wanted in three states. Aviation and canine units are assisting in the manhunt.
