MONROE COUNTY- A large turnout at the Pocono Mountain School Board meeting.
Many people are voicing their opinions over a multi-million dollar plan to expand Barrett Elemenary Center.
The Monroe County school was built in 1989 and in need of a new roof and more classrooms.
Some residents are opposed to the plan.
They are concerned about a hike in taxes.
