WILLIAMSPORT, LYCOMING COUNTY- The city of Williamsport is gearing up for a great celebration Mardi gras!

The annual event kicks off on Thursday night.

This is the 12th year for the big party -- which many area businesses take part in.
Thousands of people gather in downtown Billtown to enjoy all the fun and festivities.. including a parade for all ages.
