Marquis Keeys Trial Underway

Marquis Keeys Trial Underway - Monday, April 20, 2009 at 5:12PM EST

MILFORD PIKE COUNTY- Opening statements began Monday in the Pike County murder trial of Marquis Keeys. There's no jury in the case and the outcome will be decided by a judge.
Keeys is accused of gunning down 46-year-old Barry Rose in Lehman Township in August 2007.

Two other men, Cameron Harinarain and Justin Culver were convicted on second degree murder charges in the case.
