MAYFIELD, LACKAWANNA COUNTY- Police are looking for the man who robbed a pharmacy at gunpoint. It happened at Tuzze's Pharmacy in Mayfield.
Police say a man in a hooded sweatshirt and a ski-mask robbed the place. It happened at 12:15, but the robber didn't want cash. Police say he only took Percocet and Oxycontin.
Tracy Sosa says a pharmacist worker ran to her office, P & M Associates down the street. "Our door flew open and she said please help me, help me we're getting robbed at gun point. So I called 9-1-1, she was hysterical. She left the pharmacist here, she wasn't sure if he'd be okay," said Sosa.
Police say everyone is okay, just a bit shaken up. Police also say the robber drove off in a black SUV. He's described as about 5’8” with a stocky build. | |
