FT. DIX, NEW JERSEY -- After 8 months of duty in Iraq, about 30 local soldiers are back in the states ready to come home.

Members of the 109th Field Artillery arrived at Fort Dix in New Jersey. Members of Bravo Battery were greeted by family early Tuesday morning.

They got the chance to spend a little time with loved ones. They'll be at Ft. Dix one more week before coming home.
