SCRANTON, LACKAWANNA COUNTY- Joe Yentz of Pittston is celebrating as he's the fourth person to claim a one million dollar top prize from the Pennsylvania lottery's Millionaire Raffle. He was presented his check in Scranton.
Yentz, who works at Diversified Technologies, bought a car for his mom with the money and is still deciding what to do with the rest.
Check your old tickets there is still another one million dollar winner out there.
