BARRETT TOWNSHIP, MONROE COUNTY -- An Internet sex sting here nets a former United Nations official.

Barrett Township police say Scott Ritter of Delmar, NY was charged with child sex crimes after he exposed himself to who he thought was a 15-year-old girl on the Internet. But, it was a Barrett Township officer playing the part. Police tell Eyewitness News Ritter is a former chief United Nations weapons inspector in Iraq.
