MARSHALLS CREEK, MONROE COUNTY- The owner of a Monroe County general store is sizing up the damage after a late-night fire.
Ed Huffmans and Sons General Store in Marshalls Creek is still standing after firefighters were able to save the building.
Flames broke out there around 11:00 pm Tuesday night. The store, which is located at Routes 209 and 402, has been around for nearly two centuries and closed about a year ago. It however had recently reopening.
So far, there's no word on the cause of the fire. | | |
