HAMILTON TOWNSHIP, MONROE COUNTY- A woman is dead after a early morning crash.

It happened along Route 209 Northbound near Beaver Valley Road in Hamilton Township around 9:00 Thursday morning.

Police say 25-year-old Tara Florio was driving her vehicle when she went off the road and struck a guide rail.

Florio was ejected and pinned underneath her vehicle.

She was then taken to Pocono Medical Center where she later died.
