Now that Bishop Joseph Martino has resigned a new chapter in the Scranton Diocese will begin. Cardinal Rigali will be steering the ship of faith.
But Monsignor Joseph Bambera will be the local presence working on behalf of the Cardinal.
The Monsignor talked with Eyewitness News live at 11 p. m. about his new role and working with the Cardinal.
