LACKAWANNA COUNTY- Well known local priest monsignor Joseph Quinn is taking a new job. He has been named to a position at Fordham University in New York . Monsignor Quinn has been appointed as the university's new vice president for mission and ministry. He has served on many community boards and charities. Monsignor Quinn was the pastor and rector of Saint Peter’s Cathedral in Scranton for 15 years, and has been the pastor of Saint Rose of Lima Church in Carbondale since 2005.
