BINGHAMTON- Police in Binghamton, New York have released a picture of the man who killed 13 people before taking his own life.
Police say Jiverly Wong shot and killed the people at an immigration office Friday. Cops say Wong was taking classes at the center and may have believed people were making fun of his English skills.

Wong was wearing body armor during the attack and police say he was prepared for a fight.
