FELL TOWNSHIP, LACKAWANNA COUNTY- Police in Lackawanna County are looking into another case of animal abuse that was discovered on Friday.
Investigators said a PennDOT crew was out checking ditches on Dundaff Street in Fell Township Friday morning when they discovered two dogs. Both were skinned and had some type of puncture wound. Police said both were thrown there from the roadway.
Earlier this week, a dog and two puppies were found skinned in Wyoming County. The Humane Society said two cats were also mutilated in a similar manor around Halloween.
