FRANKLIN TOWNSHIP, SYNDER COUNTY - A central Pennsylvania woman is in hot water, accused of giving alcohol to minors in Snyder County.
State Police say Penny Marks of Richfield, Juniata County, bought vodka and whiskey for several kids, some as young as fifteen Friday afternoon. Troopers say Marks bought the liquor in Selinsgrove and the kids had a party in Franklin Township.
The 39-year-old woman faces several charges, including corruption of minors, in Snyder County. | | |
