SCRANTON, LACKAWANNA COUNTY- Police in Scranton have charged 25-year-old Kashema Reddish with Felony Endangering the Welfae of Children in connection with the death of her 3-year-old daughter Kavannah Salvador on February 21st.

Ms. Reddish and her boyfriend, Darak Williams, now face the same charge but both remain at large.

The child was taken to CMC Hospital by her mother after being found unresponsive and not breathing at home. Police say a physical examination revealed multiple abrasions, bruises, and contusions which appeared to be both chronic and acute. The child weighed only 21 pounds.

Her death has been ruled a homicide. Police continue to investigate and are seeking information as to the whereabouts of Ms. Reddish and Darak Williams.
