PENN FOREST TOWNSHIP, CARBON COUNTY - Two mentally challenged teens have been missing since Friday night. They are 18 year old Charles Lockard and 19 year old Donna Kiernan. Their families worry they may be outside in the cold.

Donna Kiernan went out Friday evening and never came home. Her mother Laureen Engroff said, "She didn't show up so we went out. We looked around."

The family had a lot of places to look. They live in the Indian Mountain Lake Community. It has more than 3,000 lots and crosses Monroe and Carbon counties. Professional search and rescue teams worked all weekend but no one had any luck.

Engroff sobbed, "I just want her to come home. That's all I want. Or at least call me please let me know it's ok. It's all right I'll come and get her."

According to her family, Donna has the mental capacity of a sixth grader and Charles functions on a third grade level. So the family worries they are lost and confused.

Amanda Kiernan is Donna's sister. She said, " My sister is so close to me. She would tell me if she was thinking of doing something stupid."

Kiernan also told us Donna hasn't showed up at school and that makes the family very nervous. Engroff said, "She never misses school. If she had her way she'd go to school seven days a week."

Kiernan sobbed The family planned on taking a shopping trip with Donna today. Instead they'll continue their search for the teenager. Kiernan sobbed "Nobody can eat or sleep. Everybody's up waiting."

Engroff cried,"I just want her home so I can hold her. You know. She's my daughter. She's my baby."

Charles Ray Lockard is a white male, 5 feet 7 inches tall, 150 pounds, with blue eyes and brown hair. He was last seen wearing a black hat with a skull on the side, a green and white hooded sweatshirt, a black shirt, blue jeans, gray and white sneakers and a black wallet with a chain attached.

Donna Marie Kiernan is a white girl. She's 4 feet 11 inches tall, about 135 pounds with blue eyes and blonde hair. She was last seen wearing blue jeans, pink and black sneakers and a gray hooded sweatshirt with "West Coast Choppers" printed on it.
