MOUNTAIN TOP, LUZERNE COUNTY- A struggling Luzerne County plant that makes commercial roofing and swimming pool liners is closing up shop.
HPG International at Crestwood Industrial Park filed for bankruptcy in January. Tuesday, the company's Chief Operating Officer announced it's ending operations at the end of the day.
More than 140 workers are out of a job although about 20 of them will remain temporarily to help sell inventory.
