WILKES-BARRE, LUZERNE COUNTY- There are new developments in the case of embattled Luzerne County Judge Ann Lokuta.

Attorneys for the suspended judge confirm they'll be able to present limited evidence, arguing against her removal from the bench.

Lokuta had hoped for a hearing to explore evidence suggesting long-held claims she was railroaded by ex-judges Michael Conahan and Mark Ciavarella.

The hearing is set for next month.
