Muncy, Lycoming County-

A Muncy man accused of arson waived his preliminary hearing Thursday.

According to police, on April 8th, 31-year-old David Hill bought a bottle of Gatorade from the Turkey Hill Minit Mart in Muncy.

He then filled the bottle with gasoline, went to a house on Chestnut Street, and lit the porch on fire.

A passerby noticed the flames which were quickly put out. No one was hurt.

Police say Hill was caught on the store’s surveillance tape. He’ll be back in court in June.
