A Muncy-area businessman and his wife are facing charges of sexually abusing children. Greg and Amber Barto were arraigned in court Wednesday.

According to state troopers, the abuse was uncovered after Greg Barto made unwanted sexual advances to a teenage girl.

Now both he and his wife are in trouble with the law.

Barto faces a number of sexual abuse and child porn charges following his interaction with a 17-year-old girl.

We’re told it happened at a high school graduation party in June of 2008. According to police, Barto offered the girl a ride in his black Corvette before making repeated sexual advances.

Police say Barto assaulted the girl, both at his home and his tire business next door, and offered her money to have sex with him. He then showed her a collection of videos in which he is allegedly seen having sex with other underage girls.

According to investigators, Barto’s wife, Amber, recorded the videos, and participated in some of them.

Both Greg and Amber Barto also face a slew of separate drug charges, related to possession and distribution of marijuana.

Greg and Amber Barto are out on bail late Wednesday night. They are scheduled to be in court again on May 21st.
