MONROE COUNTY - State Police in Swiftwater say they have arrested 19-year-old Shawn Freemore of Cresco and charged him in the death of Michael Goucher.

Goucher was last seen on Tuesday, February 3rd. His car was found on Tuesday on Stoney Run Lane in Price Township.

On Wednesday, Goucher's body was found in a wooded area about 50 yards from where his car was found. Police say Goucher had traumatic injuries to his body.

Following their investigation police arrested Freemore on criminal homicide and other charges.
