KINGSTON, LUZERNE COUNTY- A hearing for a Luzerne County man charged with murder has been continued.
Jabbar Wallace, 32, of Wyoming is accused of shooting Eric Cusaac of Brooklyn, New York.
It happened inside "The Glass Bar" in Edwardsville last month.
State police say the deadly incident stemmed from a minor traffic accident involving the shooting victim's friend and Wallace.
A court hearing set for Thursday was continued because Wallace does not have representation.
The court directed Wallace to apply for a public defender.
Wallace is being housed at the Luzerne County jail without bail because he faces an open count of homicide. | | |
