HAZLETON, LUZERNE COUNTY- A man accused of killing two Hazleton people nearly a year ago will now face murder charges.

Police say Brandon McClendon took off to New Jersey last July. He's accused of killing Eugene Henry and Jason Dixon. Their bodies were found on Carson Street in Hazleton. Police say McClendon shot the two after a fight.

His return to Pennsylvania was delayed for months. He was facing charges on an unrelated hit and run case in New Jersey.
