HONESDALE, WAYNE COUNTY- Two people charged in a murder trial have pleaded guilty and agreed to testify against a third defendant.

Cody Steich, 18, of Honesdale, made his plea deal Friday and 38-year-old Patricia Luyster followed suit Monday.

The charges stem from April 2007, when police say Steich shot and killed Luyster's husband Ronald.

Investigators say Steich planned the murder with Luyster and her daughter Clarissa.

Clarissa did not file a plea on Monday and is still facing charges.

Both Patricia Luyster and Cody Steich are scheduled to be sentenced some time in March.
