LUZERNE COUNTY - A man convicted of 3rd degree murder was sentenced Tues. morning in Luzerne Co. Court in Wilkes-Barre.
A judge sentenced Benji Benjamin to 15 to 32 years in prison for the murder of Joseph Benson.
Benson was convicted back in April.
He shot Benson outside a bar, Liam's Blace, in Wilkes-Barre in June 2009.
Benjamin said he did it because he thought the victim was armed. | | |
