MILFORD, PIKE COUNTY- A Pike County man in jail for the death of his baby and ex-girlfriend had his appeal thrown out of court.
The State Supreme Court has ruled it will not hear an appeal by Gregory Alan Rowe.
The 21-year-old was convicted of strangling his ex-girlfriend with a noose and drowning their seven-month-old daughter in a bath tub.
Rowe's been serving two life sentences since January of 2006.
Rowe had appealed to the State Superior court back in April, but that appeal was also thrown out. | | |
