MONROE COUNTY- Myles Davis in court Thursday in Monroe county. He's accused of running over and killing Robert Monaco in July. It happened after Monaco hit a deer.. while riding his motorcycle on route 1-15 in Tunkhannock Township.

Monaco survived but as people tried to help him off the road, witnesses say Davis came speeding through and killed him.

Debbie Hayden was engaged to marry Monaco in April.. High school sweet-hearts re-united after more than 20 years apart.

They planned to honeymoon in Hawaii. She told us instead of a story book ending to her life she is seeking justice.

Davis will go to trial on the charges..

He's free on 100-thousand dollars bail.
