WILKES-BARRE, LUZERNE COUNTY- A man wanted for murder in New York City was arrested in Wilkes-Barre on Friday.

Charles Carter of the Bronx was tracked down at the Sherman Hills apartment's in Wilkes-Barre. Carter is accused of the beating death of a 75-year-old woman in the Bronx last month.
