County drug investigation. We were the first to tell you about the discovery of a methamphetamine lab last week in

Newport

Township at 8 Rock Street . Last night, police arrested the 4th suspect, 46 year old Deete Stewart. She's charged with making meth and possession. Police arrested 3 suspects last week and are still looking for 40 year old Douglas Baltezore who's believed to be armed and dangerous.
