New Charges Filed After Deadly Fight - Tuesday, May 5, 2009 at 6:15PM EST
WILKES-BARRE, LUZERNE COUNTY- New charges were filed against a man accused killing his neighbor over an unplowed driveway.
Involuntary manslaughter and aggravated assault charges were filed against Kevin Partash, Jr.
Prosecutors say the plains township man pushed his neighbor Robert Brady. The two were fighting last December. Brady hit his head and died a day later.
Charges were filed against Partash, but were later dropped. Defense lawyers say Brady was drunk and slipped on ice. | | |
