DUNMORE, LACKAWANNA COUNTY- A longtime JV girls' basketball coach, under investigation after sending questionable text messages to several of his players. The Lackawanna County district attorney's office says, after a thorough investigation, interviewing the girls and the coach as well as others, they have determined that no crime was committed. They do say while the text messages may have been inappropriate and off color, they were not criminal. The coach, who we have not named, since he was never charged, was told to resign when this all began. It is not clear if he will be reinstated at holy cross. The Scranton Diocese says the coach is no longer employed by the school..
