LUZERNE COUNTY-The search for a wanted man takes a strange twist Tuesday night.
Luzerne County Sheriffs nabbed 57-year old Thomas Kubasek of Nanticoke. Investigators tell us, the former school principal, was helping fugitive Jarod Amoroso elude capture. Kubasek is Amoros's landlord, he allegedly tipped him off as to the whereabouts of police.
We told you about the search for Amoroso earlier Tuesday. He is wanted on D.U.I. Charges in several counties and fled sheriff's deputies when they tried to serve an arrest warrant. He is still on the run. .As for Kubasek, he's locked up, unable to post $2,500 dollars bail.
