WILKES-BARRE, LUZERNE COUNTY- The North Branch of the Osterhout Free Library is back open.

The Wilkes-Barre library closed because of a fire last year. Businessman Bob Kovach offered up free space on North Washington Street.

Monday evening a grand opening celebration was held. New books are on the shelves, along with CDs and DVDs.
