SCRANTON, LACKAWANNA COUNTY -- Drivers in downtown Scranton have a new place to park to start the work week.

The city's new 11-million dollar parking garage is located in the 100-block of North Washington Avenue.

Drivers can pull into the lot starting at 7:00 A. M. A formal ribbon cutting is set for 12:30 P. M.

The 233-space garage will use automated ticket machines and no attendants.
