SCRANTON, LACKAWANNA COUNTY- Scranton taxpayers apparently won't have to worry about any city tax increase in 2008.
Mayor Chris Doherty's proposed budget totals $79-million, but it holds the line on taxes.
Mayor Doherty says there are no lay-offs in his spending plan for the coming year. | | |
