LUZERNE COUNTY-Another set back in contract talks in the northwest area school district.

On Wednesday night the school board rejected an arbitrator's offer that would've lead to an agreement in the on-going dispute.
The teacher's union voted earlier this week to recommend the contract.
According to a teacher's union spokesman..
Teachers now reserve the right to strike or go back to the bargaining table.
The teachers have been working with out a contract since 2005.
