Williamsport, Lycoming County-

. A candlelight vigil will be held Tuesday night at the Williamsport YWCA.

There were 144 fatalities attributed to domestic violence in Pennsylvania in 2008. An exhibit titled, "An Empty Place at the Table," will honor those killed in Lycoming County.

The vigil will remember victims who have passed away. It will also provide encouragement and support for survivors.

Wise Options Director Deborah Shivetts explained, "It can be very therapeutic for many victims and their families. It's also a great support system knowing that there is someplace they can go, someplace they can share their feelings."

The vigil kicks off Tuesday at 6:30. It's in the rotunda of the YWCA building on West Fourth Street in Williamsport.
