The lights are going out for people who live in one part of Lackawanna County. The electric department in Olyphant will turn off the power for part of the day on Monday. Power will be out in the borough between 9:00AM and 3:00PM. It will affect customers on South Valley Avenue from Rock Street to Division Street. The main streets affected will be East Line, West Line, Agnes, Edgar, Clay and Bush Streets and Cerene Drive.
