WEST PITTSTON, LUZERNE COUNTY -- One man is under arrest and another is on the run after a hold-up in Luzerne County.
It happened near the PNC Bank ATM on Wyoming Avenue in West Pittston Monday night. Police say 22-year-old Nicalis Rowlands and 21-year-old David Carpin used a gun to rob someone who was in their car at the time.
Officers have Rowlands in custody. They're still looking for Carpin. Anyone with information on the crime is asked to call police. | | |
